The  GLC Group will be taking ownership of the famed  River Plaza building at 2311 North  Front street. The former residential crown jewel building in Harrisburg, facing a shortage of capital, mismanagement and declining maintenance and services, allowed the once proud building to  fall into disrepair and ultimately foreclosure proceedings.

Our specialty is  the rescue and repositioning of this type of property. We are very excited about this project and plans are already underway to RENOVATE and UPGRADE River Plaza to its deserved reputation of being the premiere luxury address in the city.
